Our COVID-19 Response
As communities begin to feel the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share with you the steps we’re taking at Estacion Inka to help protect the health and safety of our customers and employees, which is always our top priority.
We’re closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19 and, based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization and applicable public health agencies, we’ve developed plans and established a task force that will allow us to respond timely and appropriately.
We are closed for dine-in, but are still open for take-out and delivery during our newly adjusted hours from 12 pm to 7 pm Monday through Saturday and 12 pm to 5 pm on Sunday. Customers can order take-out and delivery right from our website.
Our housekeeping and sanitizing efforts in our restaurant have been greatly expanded and we’re frequently disinfecting often-touched surfaces such as door handles, countertops, restroom surfaces.
We are monitoring staff’s temperatures on a daily basis before the beginning of their shifts. We’re asking all of our employees (and we urge everyone) to follow the CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of the infection.
We feel deeply for those who have been affected. Thankfully, as of now, we’re not aware of any employee contracting COVID-19. But we have implemented guidelines that instruct any employee who may develop symptoms or come into contact with infected individuals to stay home and follow the CDC’s instructions.
If we become aware of any condition that would make it unsafe, please rest assured that we’ll close until those conditions have been addressed. Again, the health and safety of our customers and employees are our top priority and we’re committed to doing our part to help keep you safe during these extraordinary and unprecedented times.
Thank you for the support we have been receiving. All of the actions being taken by both our staff and customers are allowing us to continue to keep our doors open to continue to provide a warm meal, especially to families who are staying home.
